Accordingly, on the morning of January 2, Binh Minh Vinh Phuc Joint Stock Auction Company and the Yen Lac District Industrial Cluster Development and Construction Project Management Board will organize an auction of the right to use 26 land plots.
The auctioned plots of land belong to the resettlement area, services, auction of land use rights for site clearance for the project to upgrade the left dike of the Red River combined with traffic in Trung Cam village, Dai Tu commune, Yen Lac district. All are assets of Yen Lac District People's Committee.
The area of the land plots ranges from 110-144m2. The starting price is from 9-9.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to each plot priced from 990 million to more than 1.3 billion VND. Real estate experts say that this is a cheap price compared to the current market price.
The deadline for receiving documents to participate in the auction is until 5:00 p.m. on May 28, at the headquarters of Binh Minh Vinh Phuc Joint Stock Auction Company or submit to the People's Committee of Dai Tu commune from 8:00 a.m. on May 27 to 5:00 p.m. on May 28.
The auction is conducted by voting to bid indirectly in one round, the method of bidding up. The auction was held at the hall of the People's Committee of Dai Tu commune.
Also in Yen Lac district, the Vinh Phuc Province Property Auction Service Center and the Yen Lac District Industrial Cluster Development and Construction Project Management Board will auction 53 plots of land on the morning of June 2.
This is the number of auctioned land plots belonging to the resettlement, service, and auction of land use rights for site clearance for the Red River left dike project combined with traffic in Lien Chau commune.
The area of the land plots ranges from 92.8-198.5m2. Starting price is from 16.8-23.1 million VND/m2, equivalent to each plot priced from over 1.6 billion to over 3.8 billion VND.
Auction participants must submit documents until 5:00 p.m. on May 28, at the Vinh Phuc Province Property Auction Service Center, or submit to the People's Committee of Lien Chau Commune from 7:00 a.m. on May 26 to 5:00 p.m. on May 27.
Compulsory bids must be sent by post to the Vinh Phuc Province Property Auction Service Center before 5:00 p.m. on May 28.
