Started on October 9, 2025, the Tran Hung Dao bridge project has a length of 4.18 km, with a total investment of 16, 226 billion VND - invested in the form of public-private partnership (PPP).
The starting point is at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao - Tran Thanh Tong - Le Thanh Tong, belonging to Cua Nam ward, Hai Ba Trung; the ending point connects to Nguyen Son street, belonging to Long Bien and Bo De wards.
The Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (the investor) said that to implement the project, it is necessary to recover and clear ground (GPMB) for about 30.95 hectares of land in Cua Nam, Hai Ba Trung, Hong Ha, Long Bien and Bo De wards.
In Bo De ward, the total area of land recovered for project implementation is about 16.59 ha.
To ensure the progress of the Tran Hung Dao bridge construction project in Bo De ward, the plan to implement site clearance has been specifically identified.
For 2 aviation units: From September 7 - 5, site handover will be carried out according to the plan. On May 10, forced site clearance will be organized for cases that have not been handed over.
For 2 National Defense units: On May 10, compensation and site clearance support plans will be approved.
For the land exchange area for National Defense land (33 options): September 8 - 5, implement the decision approving the GPMB compensation plan, send it to households and publicize it according to regulations.
May 11th: Paying compensation for site clearance to households.
May 13 - 14: Deploy land acquisition decisions, send them to households and publicize them according to regulations.
May 15th: Households hand over land.
May 18th: Starting to organize coercion against cases of non-compliance.
The goal set by Bo De ward is to complete the entire site clearance of the project by May 30.
Implementing the plan and progress set out, especially for households in the area of defense land swap, on May 9, the Bo De Ward GPMB Working Group directly met and handed over to each household the Decision on approving the compensation and support plan within the GPMB scope of the Tran Hung Dao bridge project and announced the payment of compensation and support money.
With the motto "Good at mass mobilization, everything will be successful", the entire compensation plan preparation process is carried out publicly and transparently by the Bo De ward government in coordination with functional agencies, closely following the provisions of law.
The working group listened and explained each regime and policy in detail so that individuals and organizations could clearly understand that their legitimate rights are guaranteed by the State at the maximum level according to regulations.
