The Ministry of Construction is submitting to the Ministry of Justice a dossier for appraisal of the draft Construction Law (amended).
According to Article 46 of the Draft Law on Construction amending the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals proposing to grant construction permits, it is stipulated as follows:
Rights of organizations and individuals requesting construction permits:
Request the competent authority issuing the construction permit to explain, guide and properly implement the regulations on granting the construction permit.
Complaining, suing, and denouncing violations of the law in granting construction permits.
Start construction according to the provisions of this Law.
Article 46 of the Draft also stipulates the obligations of organizations and individuals requesting construction permits as follows:
Submit complete documents and construction permit fees.
Responsible for ensuring the validity of land use rights and ownership of works on land for the content of the construction permit application.
Responsible for the accuracy and honesty of the content of the construction permit application.
Notify the construction date according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 47 of this Law.
Comply with the content of the construction permit.
