Information from the Department of Agriculture and Environment, as of September 21, Dien Bien province has declared and registered 372,607/375,002 land plots, reaching a rate of 99.36% of the land database construction plan.
Notably, 44/45 communes and wards have completed 100% of the declared targets; the rate of land plots granted confirmation notices reached 97.16%.
For land plots that have not been measured, all 45/45 communes and wards have completed registration.
To achieve the above results, localities have mobilized commune police, residential groups, and village heads to closely follow the grassroots level according to the motto "going to each alley, knocking on each house, reviewing each land user". At the same time, publicize the measurement process and promptly handle arising disputes.
However, Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee said that the remaining workload is very large, requiring the entire political system to "save every hour, every minute", and be flexible in implementation methods.
Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee also requested localities to update data daily and proactively report any problems from the grassroots level for timely removal.
