The reason is due to the adjustment of the detailed planning of My Phuoc 3 Residential Area. Specific adjustments are as follows: Area of 585,191 m2 of land use form is land allocation with land use fees collected by the State. The purpose of use is urban residential land, of which villa land is 132,531 m2, commercial - service townhouse land is 96,253 m2, townhouse land is 53,013 m2, high-rise housing land is 303,392 m2.
The area of 794,460 m2 of land use form is land allocated by the State without collecting land use fees. The purpose of use is land for entertainment, recreation, public works, community activities, traffic land, land with river and stream water surface.
With an area of 60,485 m2 of land, the form of use is that the State leases land and pays the land rent once for the entire lease term. The purpose of use is commercial service land, land for sports facilities, land for education and training to build schools.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to preside over and advise departments to determine land prices for land use fees. At the same time, direct the issuance of land use right certificates, determine boundary markers and hand over land on site to enterprises.
Becamex IDC is required to fully fulfill financial obligations related to the land. Management and use of the land in accordance with the provisions of law.
