Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province decided to adjust Clause 1, Article 3 of Decision No. 151/QD-CT dated January 14, 2003 of the Provincial People's Committee on land recovery, land allocation, and land lease to Dai Nam Joint Stock Company to implement the Di An residential area project.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee decided to adjust according to the table below:

The location of the adjusted plots of land is in Di An ward, Di An city. The term of use of residential land, traffic land, entertainment area land, and public land is long-term. The term of use of commercial and service land is until May 6, 2025. The land price for fulfilling financial obligations is implemented in accordance with the provisions of law.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate the organization of land price determination to submit to competent authorities for approval; direct the Land Registration Office to issue certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to enterprises. Assign the Tax Department of the XVI Region to determine and notify the land users of relevant financial obligations.
Request Dai Nam Joint Stock Company to be responsible for fulfilling its financial obligations, managing and using land in accordance with regulations.
