On February 26, Mr. Do Huu Huy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee - visited and wished Tet at the beginning of the year Binh Ngo 2026 at the Provincial Real Estate Association.
Also attending the meeting were leaders of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee and representatives of departments, branches and the local real estate business community.

After listening to the opinions of key members in the association, Mr. Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, said that the Central Government has high expectations for the province's socio-economic growth target in 2026.
The locality still has a lot of room for development, including the real estate sector. The Association needs to clearly identify in which areas to focus on deploying in 2026, how many projects to implement and set specific growth targets.

According to the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the association should study classifying businesses according to scale and capacity to create a healthy competitive environment, participate in project implementation but still maintain the spirit of solidarity.
The province hopes that businesses will contribute ideas, innovative thinking, and creativity to implement large-scale projects instead of just focusing on small and medium-sized areas.
The real estate business community also needs to participate in contributing opinions to the province in the process of adjusting the overall plan. Thereby, creating common development space with a long-term vision for the coming years.
The implementation of real estate projects needs to be carried out synchronously in both the East and the West, associated with tourism, agriculture, and forestry development. From there, attract more businesses from outside the province to invest, creating a breakthrough and sustainable development step.

Regarding the long-term vision, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested association members to strengthen learning from good models in localities with effective real estate markets.
Exchange and expansion of relationships will help businesses draw practical experience, thereby deploying projects methodically, in accordance with the specific characteristics of Dak Lak.
If businesses do not proactively learn but only do and learn from experience, there are many potential risks. When mistakes occur, the opportunity to overcome them will be very limited.
The Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches will support and create maximum conditions for the association to operate effectively, contributing to the overall development of the province in the coming years. Thereby, contributing to concretizing Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on private economic development.
Businesses need to proactively propose and promptly reflect difficulties and obstacles for competent authorities to consider and remove," the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee added.
