The Ward Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council dialogues with 23 households (belonging to Lam Khe and Quan Tru residential groups) whose land is subject to recovery to implement the Project to invest in building a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10.
The project to invest in the construction of a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10, the section passing through Kien An district (old) was decided on investment policy by the City People's Council from June 2025. The total area of land recovered in Kien An ward for project implementation is about 17.2 ha, involving 687 organizations and individuals. Among them, there are 177 households with agricultural land, 510 households with residential land and 10 land of organizations.
At the conference, households expressed their support for the policy of implementing the project; and at the same time proposed that the Ward Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council consider compensation for land prices and architectural structures, and soon have a specific written response on compensation prices for each household...
Answering the petitions of households, representatives of the Ward Construction Investment Management Board emphasized that the ward always creates the best conditions for households with land subject to recovery to implement the project. The application of compensation prices for architectural works and land prices of households is implemented in accordance with the policy regulations. The Ward Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council will have a specific written response for each household; wishing the households to reach the highest consensus and soon hand over the site so that the project can be implemented on schedule.
Previously, on September 14, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council of Kien An ward continued to organize the payment of compensation and support money to 51 households whose land was recovered for project implementation; the total payment amount was 53 billion VND.
