The project to invest in the construction of the road from Ho Sen to Quan Mau intersection has a length of about 0.64 km, a scale of 4 lanes, and a roadbed of 25 m wide. The project also completes Quan Mau intersection in a circular roundabout shape with a diameter of 54 m and synchronously invests in water supply, drainage, green trees, lighting, and traffic safety systems. The project is implemented in the period 2025-2029, invested by the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
According to the plan, on September 15, the Ward People's Committee is expected to hold a meeting with land owners in the recovered area to disseminate policies and receive opinions. From September 16-19, it is expected to announce land recovery to each household and individual and publicly list according to regulations.
From September 21st to October 21st, functional agencies are expected to conduct investigations, surveys, measurements, and inventory of land, assets, trees, and architectural structures on land; determine the origin of land use and related conditions, as a basis for developing compensation, support, and resettlement plans.
Le Chan Ward People's Committee determines that land acquisition and site clearance must be carried out in the correct order and procedures, ensuring project progress and the legitimate rights and interests of households whose land is acquired. At the same time, the ward strengthens propaganda, publicizes policies, receives opinions and creates consensus among the people.
The Ward People's Committee requests households and individuals within the project area to coordinate in providing dossiers and documents on land use rights; fully participate in measuring, inventorying, and counting land, assets, trees, and architectural structures on land, contributing to ensuring that site clearance work is implemented smoothly and in accordance with regulations.
When completed, the road will create an important horizontal traffic axis, connecting Ho Sen and Lach Tray routes, contributing to reducing traffic pressure on Nguyen Van Linh street, enhancing traffic safety, urban embellishment and creating motivation for regional development.
The project, after construction, helps to embellish the urban area in a densely populated area, creating motivation for socio-economic development in Le Chan and Gia Vien wards in particular and Hai Phong city in general according to the orientation of synchronization, sustainable modernization, meeting the criteria of a national-level type 1 urban area.
