Thuy Nguyen City People's Committee dialogues with households and individuals using land within the scope of land acquisition of the Investment project to build the Hoa Binh Ward Police headquarters and the project to build technical infrastructure to renovate the new rural residential area in Lang Ruoc area, Pham Ngu Lao ward.
The project to build technical infrastructure to renovate the new rural residential area in Lang Ruoc area, Pham Ngu Lao ward has been issued by the People's Committee of Thuy Nguyen City with decisions on recovery and compensation for 42 households and individuals using land within the project recovery boundary. Up to now, households have basically received compensation and support; there are 9 households and individuals who have not received compensation, affecting the progress of the project.
At the conference, households supported the project implementation. However, households have proposed that some issues related to the project name do not match the name of the recovered land area and the purpose of recovery; low compensation prices are not suitable for the actual situation in the locality; the drainage system of the adjacent residential area is affected, causing flooding in residential areas when it rains.
Vice Chairman of Thuy Nguyen City People's Committee Nguyen Van Vien acknowledged the consensus and support for the project implementation policy of households. At the same time, departments, offices, and agencies are required to respond in writing to households about the project's planning and to post the planning at the ward People's Committee headquarters and the residential group cultural house so that people can clearly understand the planning. Relevant agencies coordinate with localities and representatives of households to conduct field surveys to propose drainage plans for residential areas.
The city's leaders affirmed that the project to build technical infrastructure to renovate the new rural residential area in Lang Ruoc area, Pham Ngu Lao ward is a state project to reclaim land. Therefore, we hope that households will coordinate to remove obstacles and receive compensation and hand over the site to contribute to speeding up the project implementation progress.
