The workshop was organized by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) in coordination with the Academy of Finance.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Tran Thanh Lam - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department attended the workshop.
Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front said that in recent times, under the leadership of the Party, the management and coordination of the Government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations of the Front have played an important role in gathering, united, and promoting the strength of all classes of people, promoting the socio-economic development of the country; effectively implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, typically the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind", "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"; Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", Campaign "Vietnamese people" ... Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize the use of goods to promote the development of the whole society, thereby increasing the need to participate in the emulation movement, taking care of the whole society, taking care of the whole economy, taking care of the whole society, taking care of the whole society.
Member organizations of the Front such as the Trade Union, Youth Union, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association have organized many emulation movements for labor, creativity, and entrepreneurship among union members and members; especially member organizations of the economic bloc such as: Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry, Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vietnam Private Hospital Association, Vietnam Craft Village Association... have strengthened solidarity, linkage, mobilization, gathering, supporting organizations, individuals, businesses, participating in international integration, applying and transferring modern technology, contributing to increasing value in production and business activities...
"It can be said that the Vietnam Fatherland Front system and its member organizations have gradually become one of the solid pillars for the strong development of the private economy," Ms. Ha Thi Nga emphasized.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga said that Resolution No. 68 on "Department of the Private Economy" of the Politburo assigned the task to the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations to lead and direct the development of programs and plans to guide and mobilize the People to implement the Resolution, promote the role of supervision, social criticism, and participate in the development of laws, mechanisms and policies on private economic development". On October 2, 2025, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations issued an Action Program with 4 key groups of tasks and solutions:
Strengthen propaganda, mobilization, innovation in thinking, raise awareness and action, arouse the determination to start a business, establish a career; awareness of national self-reliance and self-respect; the desire to contribute among union members, association members and the People to promote private economic development.
Strengthen forms of support for union members, association members, private enterprises and people to participate in private economic development; launch and organize campaigns and patriotic emulation movements practically and effectively, contributing to the development of the private economy; perform well the role of supervision and social criticism; participate in building and perfecting laws, mechanisms and policies on private economic development.
At the workshop, delegates presented their presentations and opinions to deepen the position, role and importance of the private economic sector, while clarifying the responsibility and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in creating an equal and sustainable development environment for businesses and entrepreneurs.

The workshop took place in the context that the whole country is actively implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing the private economy in a socialist-oriented market economy.
