Creating equality between the private economy and other economic sectors
Dr. Nguyen Huu Dung - Member of the Presidium, Vice Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council, former Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front said that as a part of the political system, the Vietnam Fatherland Front plays an important role in developing the private economy according to the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the management and operation of the State to make the private economy a core role, the most important driving force of the national economy, a pioneering force to promote growth, create jobs, improve national labor productivity, competitiveness, industrialization, modernization, restructuring the economy in a green, circular, sustainable direction to build an independent, self-reliant, self-reliant and self-reliant economy.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung said that, as a political alliance, a voluntary association of political organizations, socio-political organizations, all classes and classes of people, in the coming time, the Front needs to continue to expand the large number of organizations and individuals in typical domestic and foreign private economic sectors in all fields of economy, culture, society, ensure security and defense to participate in the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels; members of member organizations of the Fatherland Front such as the Vietnam Cooperative Union, Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Vietnam Craft Village Association, Vietnam Gardeners Association...

Along with that, create conditions to help socio-political and professional organizations in developing the private economy; improve the effectiveness of activities of socio-professional organizations, play a good role as representative organizations, actively coordinate with state management agencies to provide information, support business associations, cooperation, technical training and consulting for members.
"It is necessary to strengthen coordination with the political system at all levels from the central to local levels and members of the Front to monitor and criticize the implementation of policies and laws of state management agencies to protect the legitimate interests of private enterprises to eliminate interference in the process of building and implementing policies of special status and benefits, forming "group interests", causing negative socio-economic consequences, reducing the trust of enterprises and people in the fields of production and business... ", Dr. Nguyen Huu Dung commented.
In addition, he also said that it is necessary to coordinate supervision work with the inspection and examination of the State to ensure the operation of the private economy in accordance with the provisions of law related to freedom of business and property rights; access to business opportunities and capital resources, land... to create equality between the private economy and other economic sectors, thoroughly overcome intermediary costs and unofficial costs for private economic sectors.
According to Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union, in the context of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development being vigorously implemented, the Youth Union will continue to affirm its pioneering role, becoming a shock force leading young people to participate in the development flow of the country.

In which, priority is given to developing the young Vietnamese business community, focusing on nurturing the young generation of entrepreneurs who are not only good at knowledge and leadership, but also rich in patriotism, social responsibility, daring to commit and aspiring to contribute. The Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association continues to promote its core role in connecting and accompanying young entrepreneurs, contributing to the formation of a strong and pioneering Vietnamese young entrepreneurship community in innovation, digital economy, green economy and international integration.

Self-innovation, self-elevation of emulation movements
Concluding the workshop, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front said that she would take the opinions expressed by the delegates very seriously and fully. "These opinions help us have more motivation to carry out our tasks well in the coming time," Ms. Ha Thi Nga shared.
From the opinions of the delegates, Ms. Ha Thi Nga agreed and agreed that in the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations must better fulfill their core role in propaganda and mobilization, gathering solidarity from all classes of people and tens of millions of union members and associate members that are currently directly managed by socio-political organizations, thereby arousing the determination to develop the economy, enrich justly and especially to enhance social consensus.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga also believes that private economic development must become a vibrant emulation movement with strong influence, but at the same time, it must also develop sustainably.
The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations as well as member organizations must innovate and elevate emulation movements and campaigns to encourage all classes of people, the business community, and private enterprises to actively respond and participate in promoting socio-economic development, creating an environment and favorable conditions for private economic development.
Along with that, the Fatherland Front and member organizations need to play a good role in taking the lead in organizing forums and dialogues with leaders of the Party, State, Party committees, and authorities at the provincial and commune levels with the business community and people to listen to the truth, exchange frankly and remove obstacles in the most substantial way with the spirit of creativity for development.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga also said that the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations must continue to strongly innovate and effectively perform the function of supervising social criticism as the largest political alliance in the political system of Vietnam...
On this occasion, Vice President Ha Thi Nga also suggested that Finance students, universities, and academies in the economic and financial sector strengthen coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to organize training courses to foster economic and professional skills, business administration, foreign languages, digital skills for private enterprise teams, creative startup individuals, and business households; mobilize successful entrepreneurs to participate in training, share experiences, and inspire the team of entrepreneurs in private economic enterprises, business households on production development, business and the spirit of entrepreneurship, and business startups.
The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front recommends that member organizations, especially socio-political organizations and mass organizations, step up propaganda and mobilization work to raise awareness among union members, association members and the business community about the position and role of the private economy in the socio-economic development tasks of the locality and the country, Vice President Ha Thi Nga emphasized.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga respectfully requests the business community and entrepreneurs in the private economic sector to promote their pioneering role, strive for innovation, continue to be attached to and accompany the Vietnam Fatherland Front in participating in patriotic emulation movements, especially in social security, sustainable poverty reduction, environmental protection and support for people, especially rural people, to develop household economy, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc and socio-economic development of the country.
