The Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of the city reviews all industrial parks; requests investors operating infrastructure in industrial parks in the city to review service land funds in industrial parks to invest in accommodation for workers according to regulations and commit to implementation roadmaps.
For newly established industrial parks, investors are required to commit to the progress of housing investment for workers in industrial parks in accordance with regulations.
People's Committees of wards and communes throughout the city review land funds, preliminarily assess the demand for social housing and rental housing to report to the City People's Committee through the Department of Construction, and summarize reports to the City People's Committee to continue directing.
Dong Nai City has planned nearly 1,500 hectares of land for social housing development in many forms such as sale, lease-purchase and lease.
