Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai City) currently has about 42,000 employees, of which the proportion of trade union members is 99.9%.

Over the past 2 years, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has gradually affirmed the position and role of the Trade Union organization, contributing to stabilizing order in the company. The Trade Union has become a bridge for harmonious and sustainable labor relations; The regime of rights of employees is increasingly clearly improved; The regime of salaries, bonuses, and income of union members and employees is gradually improved, and life is stable. The average income in 2025 of employees is nearly 12 million VND/month.

In addition, the grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. is also a bright spot in supporting the poor and people in difficult circumstances across the country. In 2025, the company's grassroots trade union stood out to donate from all officials, union members, employees and the company with an amount of more than 3 billion VND to support people affected by storms and floods. The relief delegation of the company's grassroots trade union coordinated with the Dong Nai City Labor Federation and the City Red Cross Society to directly go to localities heavily damaged by natural disasters in the North and Central regions. The company's grassroots trade union also provided support to 61 union members and employees whose families in the Central and Northern regions were affected by storms and floods in 2025 with a total amount of 244 million VND.

Pay special attention to migrant workers

Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. proposed that the Front, together with the Trade Union organization, government and businesses, should continue to pay more attention to the lives of workers in enterprises, especially migrant workers (the company has nearly 30% of migrant workers) who are currently living in rented houses lacking conditions.

Accordingly, the Front, together with the Trade Union organization, government and businesses, joined hands to build social housing for workers, build kindergartens for workers' children; promote the construction of cultural institutions in each industrial park to serve workers.

Mr. Tu also hopes that workers will have reduced working hours to ensure health, have time to rest to regenerate labor capacity, and at the same time, businesses will invest in modern machinery and equipment to improve labor productivity; Train a strong force of trade union officials in skills; pay attention to vocational training for workers to improve labor productivity...
