Thanh Phat Investment Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 13 land plots belonging to the Dam Bai 2 land use rights auction project, Phu Lai - Doan Ket inter-commune road, Yen Tri commune, Phu Tho province.
According to the announcement, the total area of the auctioned land is 4,026.2m2, of which the residential land area in rural areas is 2,599.3m2. The land is located in the old Dam Bai hamlet, now Doan Ket hamlet, Yen Tri commune.
The 13 land plots put up for auction have an area of 199.2-200m2/plot. The starting price for each plot is from 697.2-700 million VND. The total starting price of the 13 plots approved is more than 9.097 billion VND.
Auction participants must deposit from 348-350 million VND/plot, with a minimum bid of 5 million VND. Each valid dossier is only allowed to register to participate in the auction of one land plot.
The auction form is indirect voting, according to the method of raising bids and auctioning each plot separately.
Participants are those who are eligible for land allocation by the State with land use fees, and have a need to use land for housing according to the approved plan.
The time to view assets and sell and receive dossiers is expected from September 14 to September 25, 2026.
According to the notice, the land plot has clear boundaries, no disputes, no structures, architectural works and technical infrastructure on the land. The land is allocated by the State with land use fees, the purpose of use is residential land in rural areas, with a long-term term of use.
