Thanh Phat Investment Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 17 land plots belonging to the Dong Mon Land Use Right Auction Area Project, A Dong hamlet, Yen Tri commune, Phu Tho province.
According to the announcement, the total area of the auctioned land is 3,959.2m2, of which 2,544.5m2 is residential land in rural areas. The land plots have an area of 133.8-179m2, the starting price ranges from 1,0035-1,3425 billion VND/plot. The total starting price of 17 land plots is more than 19.08 billion VND.
Auction participants must be subjects to land allocation by the State with land use fees, and have a need to use land for housing according to the approved plan.
The auction form is indirect voting, the method is to bid up and auction separately for each plot. Each valid dossier is only allowed to register one land plot. The purchase fee for the dossier is 200,000 VND/plot; deposit from 301-402 million VND/plot, minimum price step of 5 million VND/plot.
Asset viewing time is from September 14 to September 25, 2026. Dossiers are received during office hours until the end of September 25.
The auction is expected to take place from 8:30 am on September 30, 2026 at the Hall of Yen Tri Commune People's Committee, Phu Tho province.
The unsuccessful bidder will be refunded the deposit within 3 working days from the date of closing the auction.
