In 2025, 37 land plots will be auctioned, estimated to collect VND 21,000 billion
Dong Nai is a province with rapid urbanization and strong industrial development in the Southern region, currently continuing to invest in a synchronous transport infrastructure system.
In 2025, the province plans to organize an auction of land use rights for 37 public land plots mainly concentrated in Bien Hoa city and Long Thanh, Trang Bom, Cam My districts with a total estimated value according to the land price list of about 21,000 billion VND to effectively exploit land resources, promote socio-economic development and increase budget revenue.
Of the 37 land plots in this year's plan, many prime land plots have prime locations, large areas such as: Land plot of 77ha and land plot of more than 36ha in Long Duc commune (Long Thanh district), located next to Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway and near Long Thanh International Airport; Land plot of 107ha at Chua Chan mountain (Xuan Loc district); Land plot of nearly 60ha in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (Bien Hoa city) is in the process of converting functions...
According to the leader of Dong Nai People's Committee, land auctions to promote urban development, industry, trade - services and logistics infrastructure. Mr. Mai Phong Phu - Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center - said that the unit is presiding over and coordinating with departments, consultants and People's Committees of districts and cities to complete legal procedures for each land area. The focus is updated in the land use plan, making a detailed plan of 1/500 scale, determining the starting price, approving the auction plan and public information disclosure. Up to now, there have been 17 basic lands that are eligible for auction, the rest are being focused on carrying out procedures to keep up the auction in the year.
Many key transport projects are waiting for capital allocation
At present, Dong Nai province is planning to deploy many key transport projects in need of capital allocation. According to Dong Nai Transport Project Management Board: DT.770B Road Construction Project, Dinh Quan, Thong Nhat, Cam My, Long Thanh and Long Khanh City has a total length of more than 42km, the total investment is about 8,043 billion VND, of which construction cost is about 3,332 billion VND from the provincial budget capital; Project implementation time is from 2022-2027. Up to now, the project has completed the work of making a feasibility study report but has not yet allocated capital in the disbursement plan in 2025.
Similarly, the project to upgrade and expand DT.773 route (Long Thanh - Cam My - Xuan Loc), Xuan Loc, Cam My, Long Thanh districts, over 39km long, with a total investment of about VND 4,311 billion from the provincial budget, implementation period from 2022-2027 but has not yet arranged capital in the 2025 disbursement plan; The project to upgrade and expand DT.769 road, Thong Nhat district and Long Thanh, nearly 30km long, with a total investment of about VND 6,256 billion from the provincial budget, implementation period from 2022-2027, has not yet arranged capital in the 2025 disbursement plan.
Also according to the provincial land fund development center, the provincial land auction is very difficult, there are land areas for auction many times but no individuals and businesses participate. In addition, the province has 21 land areas, an area of more than 1,500 hectares under the project of exploiting land fund surrounding the transport projects in the province in the period of 2022-2027 to create capital to develop roads, however, the land areas have encountered problems.
Over VND80,000 billion to implement 3 key projects in Dong Nai
On May 30, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee sent a dispatch to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee informing the conclusion of the Provincial Standing Committee at the meeting on May 22, approving the policy of implementing the Ma Da Cau Project (the total investment of the first phase of nearly 193 billion VND) connecting Dong Nai province with Binh Phuoc province; The high road project along Highway 51 (total estimated investment is more than VND 14,700 billion) from Vung Tau crossroads to Vo Nguyen's intersection with Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway; The project extends Ben Thanh Metro - Suoi Tien line to the new administrative center, Bien Hoa city and connected to Long Thanh airport (total estimated investment is more than VND 67,400 billion from a mixed capital of supported central capital, provincial budget capital, BOT capital, capital exploitation capital).
