The current status is vacant land, the land is not allocated social housing land. The starting price of this land plot is more than 4,700 billion VND, the winning customer auctioned this land lot with a value of nearly 4,900 billion VND.
The remaining land is over 35 hectares wide, planned as a residential area. The starting price of this land plot is more than 1,700 billion VND, the winning customer auctioned this land lot with a value of more than 1,800 billion VND.
Thus, the total value of the 2 successfully auctioned land plots this time is about 6,700 billion VND.
