Accordingly, the land area for building high-rise mixed-use apartment buildings is 4,422.2 m2; The land area used for public purposes for business purposes: internal green land is 6,443.0 m2 and internal traffic land is 4,928.6 m2; non-auctioned land area is 3,412.5 m2.
Previously, at the end of 2025, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province also approved the plan to auction land use rights for the land of the project of a high-rise riverside complex housing area in Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province (about 1.9ha).
According to the plan of the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the land area of the high-rise riverside complex housing project in Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province, belonging to land plots No. 61, 75, 131, map sheet No. 57 and land plot No. 62, map sheet No. 58 in Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province, has an auctioned land area of 15,793.8 m2.
The non-auctioned land area is 3, 412.5 m2, including external traffic land and technical infrastructure - electricity station land.
Regarding the origin of the land previously managed and used by Dong Nai Petroleum Company, assigned to the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management, the current status of the land is vacant, and there is no technical infrastructure system on the land. Regarding connecting traffic in the area, the land is adjacent to Ha Huy Giap and Nguyen Thanh Phuong roads.
