On April 1, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Dong Nai province just concluded the progress of 3 projects: Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (phase 1); at the same time, requesting agencies, units, localities and investors to focus highly on removing all difficulties and obstacles to ensure commencement in May 2026 according to the plan.

Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (phase 1) in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes has an area of 1,000 ha connecting the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 51, Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Mep - Thi Vai port.
Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (phase 1) in Xuan Que commune with an area of 1,000 ha, connecting Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway and provincial road 770B, provincial road 769E and Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City...
Long Duc 3 Industrial Park is planned with more than 244 hectares in Binh An and Long Thanh communes, Dong Nai province.
All 3 industrial parks are located near Long Thanh airport. Previously, on March 31, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee and representatives of departments, branches, and units surveyed and worked on the progress of site clearance and construction of 3 industrial parks: Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (phase 1).
The 3 industrial parks on the same connecting infrastructure system are identified as a strategic driving force, playing a key role in expanding the industrial development space, attracting investment, promoting growth and economic restructuring of the province in the 2026-2030 period.
