On June 8, the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center is implementing procedures for compensation, support, and resettlement projects to create a clean land fund and develop an auction plan for 4 land plots, with a total area of about 1,164.5 ha located near Long Thanh airport, in June 2026 according to the direction of the City People's Committee.
The project is invested by the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, including 4 land areas: area 1 (sub-zone A) with an area of about 610.5 ha; area 2 (sub-zone E) with an area of about 329 ha; area 3 (sub-zone I, sub-zone II belonging to the old Binh Son Resettlement Area) with an area of about 170 ha; area 4 with an area of about 55 ha.
The total investment of the project is more than 983 billion VND, with capital advanced from the Dong Nai City Land Development Fund.
Implementation time from 2026-2027.
Also according to the City Land Fund Development Center, the urgent implementation of land recovery, compensation, support and site clearance to organize auctions is aimed at creating budget revenue in 2026, effectively exploiting the land fund with the advantage of being located near Long Thanh airport.
Putting these land plots up for auction is an opportunity to attract investment, create room for developing dynamic projects, and contribute to promoting socio-economic development.
Previously, on May 31, Dong Nai City People's Committee just decided to approve the Project on compensation, support, and resettlement to create a clean land fund to organize land use rights auctions for land areas within the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan of Long Thanh Urban - Commercial - Service Area in Binh An commune and Long Thanh ward.
