This is a key project to promote industrial and handicraft development and solve the infrastructure problem for traditional craft villages in Hai Phong city. The project focuses on building a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system including: Internal traffic system and regional connection; transport management system and construction technical infrastructure; centralized business and operation area.
The Thuy Nguyen Mechanical and Casting Craft Village Industrial Cluster project has a total area of 19.96 ha, of which the area to be cleared is 15.5 ha in 2 wards Le Ich Moc and Thien Huong.
To serve the project implementation, land recovery work has been carried out drastically and transparently in the two wards. In which, in Thien Huong ward, the recovered land area is 8,104.1 m2. 14 households with project land recovered have agreed to hand over the site.
Le Ich Moc ward approved the compensation and support plan and organized the completion of payments to 224/244 households, with a total amount of over 77.1 billion VND. Site clearance work is basically implemented on schedule.
