Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee has signed a decision approving urban development area No. 10, Thai Hoa ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province.
Tan Uyen City People's Committee is assigned to perform the functions of the Regional Management Board for urban development.
The documented boundary area includes part of Tan My, Ba Dinh, Tan Ba and Vinh Phuoc neighborhoods. The scale of the urban development area is approximately 237 hectares.
The functional nature of area No. 10 is an urban area of technology - education, training, port services - logistics; a new urban area with mixed uses of diverse functions, urban housing, high-tech zone, inter-level education complex, port services - logistics.
Investment in the development of urban development area No. 10 will require about VND 7,802 billion to implement the framework social infrastructure project and about VND 19,788 billion to do the urban development project .
When implementing the project, financial resources will be mobilized from the state budget, socialization, bonds, and capital from investors.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with the People's Committee of Tan Uyen city and related units to organize the announcement of the proposal for urban development areas and manage the implementation of urban development areas. The Department of Planning and Investment was assigned to provide information and guide investors to participate in investing in projects. In the coming time, units must annually report on the implementation of this major project.
