The CK54 urban area project will soon be implemented in the mountainous city of Pleiku

Gia Lai - The land near the airport is expected to be soon implemented to expand urban space, promote the development of eco-tourism and resorts.

On October 25, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province announced that it had approved the decision to adjust and approve the investment policy of the CK54 urban area project with a total estimated capital of more than 14,398 billion VND.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee issued Document No. 137-TTr/DU dated September 30, 2025, reporting to the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee to request a policy to adjust the project investment policy.

The project has a scale of nearly 202 hectares, with the goal of forming an ecological, modern urban area, model of living space.

The project will also create public spaces and urban services to serve people and tourists, aiming to attract tourism and develop health care.

After having a decision on land allocation and land lease from the competent authority, the project will be implemented within 60 months, divided into two phases. In phase 2, the project will complete the rough construction and frontage for commercial houses, along with commercial - service works.

For the golf course item, the investor must complete the construction within no more than 36 months from the date of the land lease decision.

The CK54 urban area project has been surveyed and directed by Mr. Ho Quoc Dung - Deputy Prime Minister (former Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee) to speed up the progress to attract investment, meeting the requirements of socio-economic growth.
