On March 19, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) coordinated with the Commune Fatherland Front Committee (MTTQ), Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to organize a dialogue conference with households and individuals in Pho Got village, Dong hamlet, Thanh Tri, Yen Kien Doi who do not agree with the draft plan for Compensation, Support and Resettlement within the scope of the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section through Phu Nghia commune.
At the dialogue conference, there were 19 speeches from representatives of households in Dong hamlet, Yen Kien Doi, Thanh Tri, Pho Got villages.
The opinions expressed agreed with the policies of the Party and the State, wishing the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6 to be completed soon, meeting the aspirations of the people.
In addition, households propose that the state support assets and architectural structures on land for households whose land is recovered; request functional agencies to clarify the origin of land, compensation policies, and support for land and assets on land...
Speaking at the dialogue conference, Deputy Head of Phu Nghia Commune Economic Department Nguyen Nhu Van clarified the contents on the origin of land of households in the villages of the old Dong Son commune; informed households about mechanisms and policies to support, compensate, and resettle for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section in Phu Nghia commune.

Representative of the investor - Mr. Le Minh Khoi - affirmed that the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section is a public investment project, using the State budget, so compensation and support are strictly implemented according to the 2024 Land Law and guiding documents for implementation.
Hanoi City People's Committee has issued Decision No. 10/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2026, which stipulates no compensation or support for assets on land that do not meet the conditions for compensation. At the same time, receive and answer to clarify opinions and recommendations of people related to compensation mechanisms and policies to supplement and improve compensation and support plans for each case to ensure compliance with legal regulations and the rights of people.
At the dialogue conference, Vice Chairman of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee Tran Van Son received all opinions of households and assigned the Commune Economic Department to continue to clarify the origin of land of each household and individual; review all compensation and support plans for 75 households in the villages and will send them to each household and publicly list them according to regulations.
Local authorities and functional sectors will maximize mechanisms and policies to ensure the rights of people when implementing compensation and support for site clearance.
Vice Chairman of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee wishes households and individuals to uphold the spirit of responsibility to support the City's guidelines and policies so that the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section can be completed soon, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development of the locality and the region, thereby gradually improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
