After 8 months of construction, on the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - 19.5.2025), the investor - Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company organized the top of the first building of the social housing project on the banks of the River, Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city.
The social housing project on the left bank of the Red River in Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city is currently being implemented by the Joint Venture of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company - Thanh Dong Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company.
The project has a scale of 4 12-storey buildings, with 760 apartments; the total floor area is about 66,560 m2, the land area for implementation is 1.66 ha, of which the construction area is 8,593 m2.
The area of the apartments ranges from 45 m2 to 76 m2; the population is about 1,870 people (25 m2 floor area/person). The total investment of the project is 563 billion VND.
To ensure progress and quality, investors regularly urge contractors to mobilize human resources and vehicles to maintain continuous construction.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee - highly appreciated the investor's proactive and decisive working spirit in project implementation.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Hai directed relevant agencies and units to coordinate and promptly remove difficulties so that investors can soon complete the project and hand over houses to the right subjects, contributing to ensuring the goal of having about 4,200 social housing units in Lao Cai province by 2026.
