The FPT Educational Complex Project in Phu Lien ward includes works for higher education, vocational education and general education, with a scale of receiving about more than 5,800 students and nearly 450 lecturers, teachers, staff, and employees. The project is expected to have a total investment of nearly 650 billion VND. The land area recovered in Phu Lien ward to implement the education complex project is about 10.1 ha for 170 households in Le Tao 1, Le Tao 2 and Le Tao 3 residential groups. All are agricultural land.
According to the project approval decision of Hai Phong City People's Committee, the Education Complex project is oriented to form a system of educational institutions with many levels of education, meeting diverse training needs from general education to university, college and vocational training. The project aims to build modern educational institutions, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources, in accordance with the city's planning and socio-economic development orientation.
Recently, the functional agencies of the ward have urgently carried out relevant procedures to develop a draft compensation and site clearance support plan for 170 households. The compensation and site clearance support plan is posted at the headquarters of the Ward People's Committee and the Le Tao residential group cultural house for 10 days according to regulations, from now until January 27. During the posting period, people with opinions, recommendations or related questions can directly reflect for timely consideration and answer.
The listing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of law, in order to ensure publicity and transparency in compensation and site clearance support, and at the same time create conditions for organizations, households, and individuals whose land is recovered to have full access to information related to their rights and obligations.
