The Cat Hai District Multi-purpose Public House Renovation and Repair Project was decided by the District People's Council in Resolution No. 44/NQ-HDND dated November 13, 2024.
The project has a total preliminary investment of VND 7.877 billion from the district budget, implementation period is 2024-2026.
The project investment goal is to ensure spacious and safe facilities, overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 in 2024. At the same time, it will promote the function of the public housing, contributing to improving the quality of service for public service activities and ensuring facilities to serve the political and logistical tasks of Cat Hai district.
Project investment scale is to renovate and repair the wall layer of broken and plastering positions; paint the entire house, she went back to the battle of the positions of the plaster ceiling, the rooms were broken; paving the floor of areas peeling joints in the joint venture; repair and replace windows with aluminum glass doors; Replace wooden doors with high quality composite plastic wooden doors; replacing damaged sanitary equipment, installing and repairing roads of water supply and drainage; Replace the roof of the roof of the 3 -layer soundproof and thermal insulation; Repair kitchen area and auxiliary rooms, stairs.
The project also renovated the interior of damaged rooms, floated the hall rooms and reception halls; installed 2 elevators to replace the old damaged elevators; installed a food transfer elevator to replace the old damaged elevators, repaired the fire prevention and fighting system according to regulations, installed external equipment and interior for the entire house: air conditioning, tables and chairs, TV, LED screen.
