According to Decision 1768/QD-UBND dated June 9, 2025, Hai Phong City People's Committee approved the Adjustment of the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan of Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park.
The industrial park is located within the administrative boundaries of the wards: An Lu, Thuy Ha, Lap Le, Pham Ngu Lao (Thuy Nguyen City). The scale of the industrial park is about 314.39 hectares.
In terms of nature, Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park is a comprehensive industrial park, prioritizing investment projects with high technology and technology. This is a modern, synchronous industrial park built and managed according to the criteria of sustainable and environmentally friendly development. Functions include industrial production areas, warehouses, service areas, technical infrastructure areas, specialized trees, etc., and transportation systems, parking lots.
Regarding the adjustment, the city will adjust the boundary not including the planned road connecting the industrial park to Provincial Road 359 and adjust the boundary at the Phan Dat canal area. The city also adjusted the land use structure, reducing 5.26 hectares of industrial park planning area due to adjusting industrial park boundaries; increasing 10.78 hectares of factory and warehouse land; reducing 7.58 hectares of service and public land; increasing 10.61 hectares of green land; reducing 2.22 hectares of technical infrastructure land, and at the same time arranging to scatter 3 technical infrastructure land areas (the old plan arranged 1 technical infrastructure land area).
The city also reduced 17.47 hectares of traffic area based on land use arrangement (arranging land plots with different areas, prioritizing large plots of land to attract investment), updating the traffic system and traffic cross-sections according to approved related plans.
Adjusting the approved 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan of Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park is the basis for establishing a construction investment project and managing it according to the plan. The implementation of planning adjustments and planning implementation in the coming period will contribute to ensuring synchronization of transportation, technical infrastructure in industrial parks and orientation to connect with the general transportation system of the area, which is a premise for developing industrial parks, attracting investment, creating jobs for people, contributing to local socio-economic development.
