On November 26, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a "Sea Ban Order" to respond to storm No. 15.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued an order to the Chairmen of the People's Committees of coastal communes and wards to announce a ban on ships going out to sea and fishing activities at sea.

The time to implement the sea ban is from 6:00 a.m. on November 26 until storm No. 15 dissipates.

The Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Fisheries and Islands coordinate with coastal localities to closely monitor information on weather developments to proactively notify and let fishermen resume their activities; have appropriate production plans to ensure safety when working.

The People's Committees of coastal communes and wards, relevant agencies and units shall direct units, organizations and individuals related to ship repair, construction and other maritime transport activities to carry out natural disaster prevention and search and rescue work according to the plan.

Relevant agencies, units and coastal localities call for and guide boats to storm shelters; Absolutely do not allow people to stay on boats, aquaculture cages, or cages.
