In My Hao ward (Hung Yen province), CT3 building of the Lac Hong Phuc Social Housing and Commercial Housing Construction Investment Project of Lac Hong Phuc Development Investment Joint Stock Company is entering the final stages of completion.
CT3 building consists of three units CT3A, CT3B and CT3C with 495 apartments with an area of 47m2 to 94.5m2. Currently, the infrastructure of the building has been basically completed, items such as internal roads, landscape areas, roads, and sidewalks are being gradually completed.
According to records, some residents have moved to pre- Completed houses. Some other apartments are being installed with equipment and basic interior finishing to prepare for handover in the near future. The apartments are designed to be airy, suitable for the needs of people and workers in My Hao area.
From the project, residents can conveniently travel to main roads such as National Highway 5, Nguyen Binh Street, Le Quy Quynh Street, easily connecting to the center and neighboring areas.
Previously, in 2022, the investor completed and put into use 3 units CT1A, CT1B and CT2 with 649 apartments, with a total floor area of 47,794m2. By the second quarter of 2023, the company continued to start construction of 3 units CT3A, CT3B and CT3C with a total floor area of 36,633m2.
During a visit to inspect a number of social housing projects in Hung Yen, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh surveyed the Lac Hong Phuc project in My Hao ward, along with other housing areas in Pho Hien ward and Yen My commune. The Deputy Minister stated that Hung Yen has great potential in developing social housing, but the province needs to direct more drastically to ensure the progress of projects on schedule.
