Reader Nguyen Khanh Hoa (Hoa Binh) asked: "My family has land that is being compensated related to the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway project, so what land price list will we be compensated for ?".
Regarding this issue, talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Da Bac District People's Committee - the locality where most of the area of Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway passes through, said that with the areas that have been checked, counted and approved before July 31, 2024, they will still be compensated according to the old land price list.
For areas counted and approved after August 1, 2024, the compensation price list according to the Land Law 2024 will be applied.
Accordingly, Decision 43/2023/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province regulates the land price adjustment coefficient in Hoa Binh province in 2024, specifically:
Land price adjustment coefficient for urban residential land
Land price adjustment coefficient for residential land in rural areas
Also according to Mr. Tuan, the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway has 21/34km passing through Da Bac district with 4 communes and towns including Da Bac town, Cao Son commune, Tien Phong commune and Tu Ly commune. There are a total of 88 households whose houses and land are affected.
"The district is urgently implementing work related to compensation and site clearance to hand over clean site for the project" - Mr. Tuan said.
