Gia Lai accelerates clean land handover for a series of projects

    Gia Lai - Key projects, industrial parks, and economic zones are required to accelerate site clearance work.

    Early land handover to investors

    On July 4, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee requested departments, functional sectors and communes with projects to accelerate the progress of site clearance.

    If clean site handover is delayed, it will affect the progress of investment projects, investment efficiency and investment environment of the province, especially in industrial parks and economic zones.

    At Phu My Industrial Park (phase 1), the provincial government assigned Phu My Dong Commune People's Committee to certify the origin of land use for the remaining 129 cases; prioritizing implementation for areas and items of works that investors need to deploy first.

    At other projects such as: Binh Nghi Industrial Park, Cat Hai Bay High-Class Resort, Phu Hau - Cat Tien Entertainment Area, Cat Trinh Industrial Park, Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, Hoa Hoi, Tay Giang..., the Provincial People's Committee requested communes to soon verify the origin of land, handle people's complaints well; develop a satisfactory compensation plan.

    Project implementation creates development momentum

    At the same time, propagate and mobilize people to agree, soon relocate, resettle, and stabilize their lives to allocate clean land funds to investors to implement projects smoothly, serving the general socio-economic development of the province.

    In recent years, Gia Lai has implemented legal procedures for a series of projects from industrial parks, urban areas to transport infrastructure projects with a total capital of trillions of VND.

    When projects are constructed on the ground, many localities will become "large construction sites", especially in the period 2026 - 2030.

    The province's orientation is that the eastern region will strongly develop industrial parks, processing services, logistics, and high technology; while the western region will strongly develop agricultural products and deep processing for export.

    Synchronous infrastructure from seaports, airports, expressways... will create favorable conditions for Gia Lai to develop commensurate with its potential.
