The rental price for public housing in Hai Phong is from more than 26,000 VND/m2

    Hai Phong - Hai Phong City stipulates the framework price for renting official housing in the area from 26,105 VND/m2/floor/month.

    The framework for public housing rental prices is set out by Hai Phong City to serve as a basis for calculating rental prices for the public housing fund managed by the city. The subjects of application include agencies and units managing public housing in the city and organizations and individuals related to the management and use of public housing.

    The service housing rental price frame is regulated from 26,105 VND/m2/floor/month to 59,329 VND/m2/floor/month. This price includes value-added tax. However, the rental price does not include expenses such as parking; using electricity, domestic water, fuel, waste cleaning; television services, communication, Internet and other services serving the private needs of tenants.

    The Director of the Department of Construction, Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones and relevant agencies, units and individuals are responsible for organizing the implementation.
