Regarding the relocation of enterprises, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has drafted a first-round compensation and support plan for 17 companies (including 7 companies in priority areas) and sent it to companies to collect opinions on the draft.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the relocation of households and individuals from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park must be completed before June 30, and the relocation of enterprises must be completed before August 1. These are unchanged implementation milestones.
Therefore, relevant units must focus and urgently implement to strive to start construction of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center before September 2. At the same time, the land auction work for 2 areas with a total area of over 220 hectares will be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc requested the Department of Construction to focus on completing the detailed planning task 1/500 for the construction area of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center and auctioned land areas. Develop a detailed plan and roadmap for the Provincial Political - Administrative Center Construction Investment Project to ensure progress.
The Provincial People's Committee Office promptly submitted to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a plan to organize a competition for the architectural plan of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center before July 5 for the Department of Construction to implement.
Regarding the choice of investment form to build the Provincial Political - Administrative Center, when advising the Provincial People's Committee on the investment plan, the Department of Finance must propose which option is the optimal option and which option is chosen.
Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1, formerly Bien Hoa Industrial Park, was established in 1963 so the infrastructure is built using old technology, lacking a synchronous wastewater treatment system, although it has been upgraded many times.
