On June 1, according to the Department of Construction, Dong Nai province is inviting investors for the Dong Nai Provincial Political - Administrative Center project.
The project has an area of about 105 hectares, except for the Provincial Police Command and State Audit Center of Region XIII, the remaining area is 98.75 hectares, including items such as: 3 blocks of administrative political buildings 8 - 20 floors high; Conference Center 3.07 hectares wide, 3 floors high; Central Square 14 hectares; Outdoor stage 0.4 hectares, 1 floor high; Water Square 4.0 hectares; Boat Dock.
In addition, there are also urban and support service areas such as the Education Area (4.20 ha, 6 - 8 floors high); Commercial - entertainment Area (0.69 ha, 4 floors high); Service mixed-use Area (8.92 ha, 5 - 8 floors high); Hospital (2.1 ha, 15 floors high); Residential mixed-use Area (10.58 ha, 15 floors high); Low-rise housing group (1.66 ha, 5 floors high); Cultural and sports center (0.47 ha, 5 floors high).
The construction site is in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province.
The project has a total investment of 6,800 billion VND, public investment combined with investment under the public-private partnership method.
Currently, the project is eligible for investment promotion, has organized a planning competition, and will carry out procedures to adjust planning levels to specify the planning ideas selected through the competition.
