Planning to launch the 105-hectare Dong Nai Province Political - Administrative Center project

Dong Nai - The Provincial Political - Administrative Center Project includes 3 blocks of administrative buildings, conference centers, squares and urban service areas.

On June 11, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the Department of Construction to develop a plan to start the Provincial Political - Administrative Center project on September 2, and send it to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to seek the opinion of the Provincial Party Committee before promulgating the implementation.

The Provincial People's Committee requires the plan to clearly show the progress of the work to be implemented, the time of starting construction and the time of completing the project.

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee also agreed to assign the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board as the project investor and carry out procedures for establishing investment policies.

According to the Department of Construction, the unit is currently coordinating with relevant agencies to update the project into the general planning of Bien Hoa city, while locally adjusting the planning of subdivision A2 of the city. In addition, the department is also implementing procedures to organize an architectural design competition for this central area, along with developing a project investment plan.

The Provincial Political - Administrative Center Project has a scale of about 105 hectares, including: 3 blocks of administrative buildings, conference center, square and urban service areas.
