In August 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province decided to assign investors to implement the OXH02 Social Housing Project in Nha Trang ward without going through bidding, because this project had been approved for investment in advance.
Accordingly, Minh Ngoc Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - a joint venture representative with Delta V Technology Construction and Application Joint Stock Company - was assigned to implement the project at the OXH02 planning block and surrounding areas.
The land for the project has an area of 13,027m2, located at 10 Truong Son Street (Nha Trang Ward). Currently, part of this area is being used by May Viet Company Limited and Khatoco One Member Company Limited.
The project has a total investment of more than VND 2,200 billion, the planning for the construction of 2 social housing blocks accounts for 80% of the area and the rest is commercial apartments (20%).
When completed, the project will provide 1,540 apartments, providing accommodation for about 4,060 people, including 1,215 social housing units and 325 commercial apartments.
According to the plan, investment preparation work will be carried out from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of 2025.
The construction phase, including technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and works under the project, will take place from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the end of the second quarter of 2027.
After completion, the project will be handed over and put into use. The project's operation period is 50 years, calculated from the date Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the investor.
Regarding the project investor, Minh Ngoc Urban Investment, Construction and Distribution Joint Stock Company is headquartered in Nam Nha Trang ward, with an operating age of more than 1 year.
Specifically, this enterprise was granted a Certificate of First Business Registration at the end of 2024 (now changed for the third time).
As for Delta V Technology Construction and Application Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Hanoi, which has been granted a Business Registration Certificate since 2014.
