The People's Committee of Ha Nam province has just issued Decision 1628/QD-UBND on land allocation (phase 1) to the Duy Tien Town Construction Investment Project Management Board to implement the Project to complete the 42m road from node 60 to node 77 and the 28m road from node 77 to node 76 under the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan in Dong Van ward (Duy Tien town), according to the provisions of law and approved investment projects.
The land use term for the Project implementation will follow the Project implementation period approved by Duy Tien Town People's Committee in Decision No. 5639/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2023.
The location, boundary, and land allocation area are determined according to the cleared site extraction sheet No. 186, scale 1/1000 (based on the revised survey drawing No. 125/DDCL, dated November 7, 2023), established by Chi Anh Trading, Service and Consulting Co., Ltd. on October 18, 2024, inspected and confirmed by the Planning, Registration and Mapping Department (under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Nam) on October 31, 2024.
Land allocation method: land will be allocated without collecting land use fees. Land allocation method: land will be allocated without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
After completing all investment and construction of the project, the Duy Tien Town Construction Investment Project Management Board is responsible for reporting to the Duy Tien Town People's Committee to direct the handover of all land areas and construction works invested in according to the approved Project, putting the works into management, exploitation, and common operation according to the provisions of law.
