Hanoi Department of Construction has just publicly announced information on the Dong Truc - Thach That social housing construction investment project in Ha Bang commune, Hanoi city.
The project is invested by Tien Dat Construction Co., Ltd., with a land area of 4,131.2 m2, of which the construction area of social housing is 2,675.74 m2.
According to published information, the project is to build 1 social housing building in the form of an 8-story apartment building with a tum, with 1 basement. The total floor area is 24,541.97 m2, of which the basement area is 3,126.66 m2 and the above ground area is 21,415.31 m2.
The project has a total of 231 apartments, with a commercial service area of 247.17 m2. The total investment of the project is 325.226 billion VND.
Out of a total of 231 apartments, there are 207 social housing units for sale, 12 units for rent and 12 units for lease-purchase.
The time to receive applications for registration to buy, lease, and lease-purchase social housing is expected in the third quarter of 2026. The project is expected to be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The average selling price of social housing apartments is expected to be 23.5 million VND/m2, including VAT. The average rental price is expected to be 178,000 VND/m2/month, including VAT. The average rental price of social housing apartments is expected to be 89,000 VND/m2/month, including VAT.
Hanoi Department of Construction notes that the above prices are only temporary calculations. The selling price, lease-purchase price and official rental price of social housing will be implemented according to the price appraisal result notice of the Department of Construction and approved by the investor according to current regulations.

In addition, all acts of untruthful and fraudulent declaration in the preparation and confirmation of dossiers for buying, renting, and renting-purchasing social housing when detected, including during the post-inspection process, will be handled according to the provisions of law.
