The Property Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) has just announced the auction of land use rights according to land law regulations for 20 land plots from LK2-21 to LK2-40 in Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
Land plots with areas from 90m2 to 119.51m2, starting price 12,49,000 VND/m2. The auctioned asset is land use rights allocated by the State with land use fees.

The auction method is to bid up, implemented in the form of direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds. In each round, participants are given bidders to record the desired price; people registering multiple land plots will be given the corresponding number of bidders. The time to record bids is 5 minutes from the time the auctioneer announces the start, then participants vote in the ballot box in the next 5 minutes.
At the end of each round or when all participants have voted, the auctioneer opens the ballot box, counts, announces the number of votes issued, collected, valid, invalid, and the highest price, under the supervision of the auction participant and the asset owner representative.
Regarding price steps, round 1 applies a fixed difference of 30,770,000 VND/m2; from round 2 and round 3, a minimum difference of 200,000 VND/m2 is applied to all land plots.
Time for selling invitation documents to participate in the auction at two locations: Headquarters of the Asset Auction Service Center (No. 2 Quang Trung, Ha Dong ward, Hanoi) and Hat Mon Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Hat Mon commune, Hanoi), from 8:00 AM on April 22, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 19, 2026.
The auction is scheduled to be held at 8:30 am on May 22, 2026, at the Hall of the Ha Mon Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board. Participants need to be present before 8 am to complete procedures to enter the auction room and bring the original citizen identification card to check their qualifications.
The Center notes that auction participants are not allowed to participate in the auction of land plots with relatives including wife, husband, brothers, sisters participating in the auction of that land plot. People who have participated in the auction of one land plot are not authorized by another person to participate in the auction of the same land plot; each person is only authorized to one other person and is not authorized by two or more people.
In case people who are prohibited from participating in auctions according to the provisions of Resolution No. 66. 11/2026/NQ-CP dated January 6, 2026 of the Government but still intentionally participate, they will be handled according to current legal regulations.
