Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for 24 residential land plots in Dong Vuon area, Nam Quat village, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi city.
The total area of land plots is 2,026.09m2. The starting price is 4,033,000 VND/m2.
The purpose of land use is residential land in rural areas. The form of land allocation is land allocation with land use fees. The land use term is long-term.
The auction method is to bid up. The auction method is by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, a maximum of 3 auction rounds; opening and publicizing the results. The maximum time for writing and voting for bids for each auction round is 10 minutes. The auctioneer operating the auction session will publicize and guide the contents recorded in the auction ticket.
Regarding the price step, in round 1, the price step is 26,000.000 VND/m2. From round 2 onwards, the price step applied to all land plots is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
Time for selling auction invitation documents and receiving auction participation documents (continuously from the date of listing the asset auction to 2 working days before the opening of the auction session) from 8:00 AM on June 16, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026, during office hours, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as prescribed.
The locations for selling auction invitation documents and receiving participation documents include the Phu Xuyen Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and the headquarters of Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 am on July 4, 2026 (Saturday) at the Hall of Phu Xuyen Commune Cultural House, address Thao Chinh sub-area, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi city. Auction participants must be present at least 30 minutes before the auction session to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
