Hanoi adjusts the central area of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area in the direction of reorganizing the site of the landscape architectural space and the underground construction area.

On February 20, the Hanoi People's Committee issued a decision approving the project to locally adjust the detailed planning of the central area of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, scale 1/500 at lot B2-CC2 (the part of the landscape architectural space organization and the underground construction area) in Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district.

The location of the land lot with symbol B2-CC2 has a total area of about 8,731m2, located in the central area of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area (phase 1). The North borders the existing road with a cross-section of B= 60.5m; the South borders the existing road with a cross-section of B= 15m; the East borders the existing road with a cross-section of B= 24m; the West borders the land lot marked B2-CC1.

Accordingly, locally adjust the detailed planning of the central area of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, scale 1/500 at lot B2-CC2 in the direction of reorganizing the site of the landscape architectural space and the underground construction area; specifically determine the functional function of the project and the line of use, in accordance with the needs of exploitation, operation and management; create a project with beautiful, modern architectural form, harmonizing the landscape architectural space of the Tay Ho Tay Urban Area.

This is the legal basis for investors to establish construction investment projects and authorities at all levels to manage architectural planning and construction investment according to approved planning.
