Out of a total of 58,926.2m2 of land, there are 25,671.8m2 of land for the construction of social housing projects.
13,446m2 of land for building commercial housing projects.

The Department of Construction is responsible for guiding the implementation of construction permits according to regulations, supervising units implementing construction works in accordance with approved plans and issued construction permits; accepting completion after construction to serve as a basis for issuing Certificates of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land and managing, using, and operating works after construction in accordance with State regulations and regulations of the City People's Committee.
Hanoi Land Registration Office is responsible for adjusting cadastral records and land databases according to regulations.
