Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of residential land use rights in the form of land allocation with land use fees for 20 land plots belonging to planning area code N-PT4, Han Lac village, Thuan An commune, Hanoi city (formerly Han Lac village, Phu Thi commune, former Gia Lam district).
The total area of the land is 2,127.62m2; the starting price ranges from 25,817,500 VND/m2 to 40,650,000 VND/m2.
Regarding the price step, the first auction round applies a level of 40,000,000 VND/m2; from the second round it is 2,000,000 VND/m2.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, long-term use term, in the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session (minimum 1 round, maximum 2 rounds), according to the up-pricing method.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on April 29, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 12, 2026 (during office hours on working days). Participants can submit applications directly at the Thuan An Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on May 15, 2026 at the Hall on the 2nd floor, Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Thuan An commune (No. 151 Duong Duc Hien street, Thuan An commune, Hanoi city).
Auction participants need to be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, there must be a valid document or authorization letter, notarized in accordance with legal regulations, which clearly states the information of the auction, content, term of authorization, rights and responsibilities of the parties.
In an auction session organized according to each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction. In case of having participated in the auction of a land plot, they are not authorized by another person to jointly auction that land plot.
