On April 29, Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company issued a notice to organize an auction of the right to use 17 residential land plots in Dong Lo, Ao Cho area (old Son Thuy commune), now belonging to Thanh Thuy commune, Phu Tho province.
According to information from the organizing unit, the above land plots are managed by Thanh Thuy Commune People's Committee, and the Thanh Thuy Commune Economic Department is assigned to implement them.
The total number of 17 plots is divided into two areas, including BT area (villas) with 8 plots and LK area (adjacent) with 9 plots, with areas ranging from 125 m2 to more than 405 m2 per plot.
Regarding the starting price, the BT area has a price from 501 million VND to 947 million VND/plot, and a deposit from 150 million VND to 250 million VND.
For the LK area, the largest plot (405.08 m2) was offered a starting price of more than 1.417 billion VND, a deposit of 400 million VND; the remaining plots with an area of 125 m2 had a starting price of 437.5 million VND/plot, a deposit of 130 million VND.
The price step applied to all lots is 50,000 VND. The fee for purchasing auction participation documents is 100,000 VND/lot, and for large-scale lots, the fee is 200,000 VND.
The auction is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
According to the plan, participants can view actual assets from April 28 to May 4, 2026, at the location of the land plots.
The time for selling dossiers and receiving registrations lasts from April 24 to 5 pm on May 12, 2026 at Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company or Thanh Thuy Commune Economic Department.
Customers must pay a deposit within the same time via bank transfer. Notably, each payment voucher is only applicable to one land plot, not accepting joint payment.
The price announcement session is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on May 15, 2026 at the Thanh Thuy Commune Party Committee Hall. Participants need to be present 30 minutes before the organization time, carrying original citizen identification cards and related documents.
Regarding procedures, registrants must send dossiers by post with two separate envelopes, including the registration dossier and the sealed bidding slip. Dossiers sent after the prescribed deadline will not be accepted.
