Land use rights auction to select investors to implement the project: Urban housing area on both sides of Hung Vuong street (section passing Phu Ha Industrial Park) - now Phu Tho ward and Phong Chau ward (area 137,982.1m2).
Land use rights auction to select investors to implement the project: Tu Xa rural residential area in Tu Xa commune, Lam Thao district (old) - now Ban Nguyen commune (area 116.187.4m2).
Auction of land use rights for the State to lease land and collect land rent once for the entire lease term for other agricultural land plots in Zone 12, Tu Vu commune (area 76,057.3m2).
Land use rights auction of residential housing area 4, Phu Ninh commune (area 66. 181.9m2).
Land use rights auction of Phu Loi 3 urban housing area, Phong Chau ward (area 104. 610.7m2).
With the Hoa Binh Regional Land Fund Development Center, there are 2 land plots of 2 projects:
Housing Area Project Area A, Yen Thuy commune (area 74,699.3m2).
Housing project in Trung Minh ward, Hoa Binh city (old) - now Hoa Binh ward (area 66,100.0m2).
With the Vinh Phuc Regional Land Fund Development Center, there are 3 land plots, including:
Mau Lam - Dam Vac Villa and Garden Area - Urban Development Construction Joint Stock Company - Vinh Phuc Ward (area 891.0m2).
Hung Vuong New Urban Area - Thang Long Construction Joint Stock Company - Phuc Yen ward (area 142m2).
Dai Lai eco-tourism area (Zone B) - Xuan Hoa ward (area of 4,500m2).
