The People's Committee of Hanoi City has just issued a decision to recover 3,557m2 of land (land plot N02) of Hung Viet Trading Joint Stock Company, belonging to 20% of the Project of Trade - Service - Housing Center. (No. 275 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District).
Previously, this land was assigned to implement the investment project to build houses for civil servants and officials of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in Decision No. 2275/QD-UBND dated March 26, 2013.
The People's Committee of Hanoi City said that the reason for recovery is to comply with the Government Inspectorate's conclusion about the change of land use purpose from production land, trading to land trading, building houses in the period of 2011 - 2019 of state -owned enterprises, equitized enterprises.
