On September 30, the People's Committee of Cam Giang district, Hai Duong, said that the People's Committee of Cam Dien commune had just held a conference to deploy the work of land clearance and recovery to implement the Cam Dien commune commercial residential area project to households and individuals with land in the project in Hoang Hoa village.
The Cam Dien Commune Commercial Residential Area Project is implemented by the investor Anh Tu Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. The project has a total expected land area of 106,369m2. Of which, flat land for planting trees is 14,4062m2; land for building medical facilities is 633m2; land for rice cultivation is 51,295m2; traffic land is 14,586m2; irrigation land is 9,614m2; aquaculture land is 7,313m2...
At the conference, households and individuals whose land areas were recovered heard about the land recovery plan for site clearance, project information, land recovery notice, policies, related contents and according to the plan, determining the origin of the land will be completed before October 30, 2024.
In the spirit of frankness, democracy, openness and transparency, representatives of households and individuals highly agreed with the policy of land recovery to implement the project, and also expressed concerns and difficulties in the work of land recovery and clearance.
