Hai Phong City Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of 3,246m2 of residential land in Tung Lam village, Nguyen Luong Bang commune, including 37 land plots belonging to two residential areas.
According to the announcement, in the To No concentrated residential area, 36 land plots will be put up for auction, with a total area of 3,115m2. The starting price of land plots ranges from 15 to 17 million VND/m2.

The auction will be organized in the form of direct secret ballot for each plot, according to the pricing method calculated on the unit price of each square meter of land use rights, with a price step of 100,000 VND/m2.
According to the plan, the auction is expected to take place on May 21 at the Hall of the Central Cultural House of Nguyen Luong Bang Commune People's Committee.
